Synopsis: A married couple is taken into custody for questioning by local police for an old lady is reported as missing. “A Twist of Yarn” is an adaptation of Geoffrey Chaucer’s “The Wife of Bath’s Prologue” and “The Wife of Bath’s Tale,” cast in the format of a police procedural, in this case, the format of the television series Homicide Hunter, and based on the theory that when a story is read, the characters come alive in the minds of the reader.
